No Quibble Returns Policy
We want you to be completely satisfied with your new purchase from us. If for any reason you’re not happy with your items, simply return them to us unused in their original packaging within 10 workings days from receipt for a refund or exchange. You will be refunded the full amount of the item less any shipping costs.
Faulty Item?
If you believe your items to be faulty, please send them back to us for inspection. This is not limited to 14 days and does not affect your statutory rightsAs every item sold is unique, if it is faulty are only able to replace it with a similar item or refund the cost in full, including postage, provided you have proof of purchase. Without proof of purchase refunds/exchanges are discretionary.
Wrong Items Sent?
If we’ve made a mistake, simply bag them back up and send them back to us. Once we receive the items back, we will refund the entire amount paid including postage or send out the correct item, if it is still in stock, should you still require them.
Receipts
Please make sure you get a receipt when you post your items back to us. If the items go missing and you do not have a receipt, regrettably we are unable to process a refund.
When do I get my refund?
You will receive an email when your return item has been processed indicating the amount to be refunded. The refund will be sent back to your card at this point. Depending on banks, this can take 3-5 working days.
If you paid by cheque, we will send you a letter along with your cheque when your goods are processed.
