PURE BOHEMIAN TO DEBUT HANDBAGS

MUSIC~RECONSTRUCTED CLOTHING LINE AT MAGIC MARKETPLACE

LAS VEGAS, February 12-15, 2008

Pure Bohemian, a smashing new company based in Park City, Utah, will present its debut line of alt-couture handbags at the February 2008 MAGIC Marketplace. Combining rescued and found fabrics, leathers, and hides, as well as a phenomenal music disc in every bag, these art pieces are the next in truly original accessories. The first collection features the music of London based band Tunng, a sublime and experimental folk-electronica blending, as musically complex as the makings of the bags. Tunng is a currently a nominee for the UK’s 2008 Folk Awards.

Pure Bohemian has only recently jumped into the apparel business, but is already known for its fiercely chic designs and its commitment to like-minded bohemians. Pure Bohemian’s mission is about celebrating all that is immensely rich to the senses; textures, music, design, art literature and life. It is the brainchild of Missy Robbins, AF jet/instructor pilot in her past life, turned design guru. Loud, fast, rules are now being beautifully broken in her mountain studio.

Pure Bohemian also flaunts and reps original apparel and bags by Scottish designer, Joey D, at the exhibit. Joey-D brings his cutting-edge fashion from the splinters of the past. Tweed, boiler suits, army tunics, and ammo shells are all finely diced with leather, metal, and graphics. He compliments, and adds an edgy flare to the Pure Bohemian line-up.

The show takes place February 12-15, 2008 at the Las Vegas Convention Center. Find Pure Bohemian at booth #1705. For more about Pure Bohemian’s creations and attitude, please contact Missy Robbins at 435.602.0834. Or take a long look at the soon to be launched Pure Bohemian, an adventure in itself.
